Bundledocs New Feature Release - September 2017

It's been another busy month for everyone at Bundledocs. We have gathered together the latest feature releases and some other exciting projects we've been working on. Want to see what we've been up to?

The Latest Feature Releases 

Of all the developments that have been released this month, the one we are most excited about is the ability to prepare your bundle for double-sided printing. Yes, that's right. Now with the click of a button you can ensure that the first page of every section always appears on the right hand side. This new release is ideal for anyone that works with multi-section or volume bundles and needs this prepared in printed format. Want to give it a try? That's not all. We have also introduced a number of enhancements including the ability to set a timezone for your account. This is great for any of our international users as it ensures the time-stamp on bundles is correct for them.

New NetDocuments Integration 

At Bundledocs, we love our integration partners. This month Bundledocs was delighted to announce the re-launch of our integration partnership with NetDocuments. The re-launched integration connector offers NetDocuments users even more ways to search and upload their files from NetDocuments directly into Bundledocs. The great thing about our integration is both NetDocuments and Bundledocs are 100% cloud based. This means there is no downtime and you can work in exactly the same way regardless of where you are - or even where your team are. We are delighted to finally reveal that we have a new office! Located in the heart of London, our new Bundledocs Base is a great opportunity for us to meet even more of you! 

This is an exciting time for Bundledocs. Just last week we announced the growth of our team with the addition of Matt Breen as our new Sales Director. Check out the announcement!

Make a Template Read-Only with Bundledocs - Feature Focus

If you use templates in Bundledocs you are in for a treat. We recently launched a new addition which makes templates even better for you and your team. Ready to learn more?

What is this new addition you ask? In short, it helps you take better control of your templates - especially when working collaboratively in groups. Now you can lock your template and make it read-only. This means other group members can still access and use the template but will be unable to edit it (that is, unless you want them to!). 

How can I mark a template as read-only?

1. Choose Template: Simply choose a template you would like to make read-only. Select the 'Edit Details' button and click the 'Advanced' tab.

2. Mark as Read-Only: Select the option 'Make this bundle read-only to groups?'. Click 'Update' to save changes. 

A handy lock icon will then appear to the right of your template so you can see at a glance any template that will be read-only to other members. Nice!
