Bundledocs Strengthens team with new sales appointment

Bundledocs are delighted to announce that we have added a new member to our team. Matt Breen has joined us and will handle all things sales related. Welcome Matt!

Matt comes to Bundledocs with over 20 years' experience working with international law firms and other document intensive organisations. In his previous role as EMEA Sales Director of Microsystems, Matt was instrumental in growing the business into new territories and developing new partner networks. 

In this newly created role, Matt will continue Bundledocs already rapid expansion from our London office. He will be responsible for spearheading our sales and global partner networks. 

Speaking on the new appointment, Brian Kenneally, Director at Bundledocs stated, "We are delighted to welcome Matt to the team. Over the last year Bundledocs has seen exponential growth especially within the UK, US and APAC markets. With this new addition to our team, we are hoping to continue this growth within our existing markets, as well as expanding into other jurisdictions".

Bundledocs New Feature Release - August 2017

SAY HELLO TO OUR NEW INTEGRATION PARTNER

Earlier this month we were thrilled to announce our latest integration partnership with Actionstep, legal practice management system. As Bundledocs is a cloud first solution, it is always exciting to link up with another cloud provider. For any Actionstep users out there, this new integration will mean you can now access your documents and prepare bundles from anywhere.

TAKE CONTROL OF TEMPLATES

Our development team are always looking for new ways to help make Bundledocs better for you. We aim to be - in the words of Tina Turner - Simply the best! All jokes aside, this month has seen a great new addition to our templates feature. 

As many of you may be aware, Bundledocs templates are a great way to save time and can really cut down on the work - especially if you find yourself continually preparing the same types of bundles over and over again. So what's new you ask? 

Our latest release allows you to have better control of templates whilst working in groups. Now you can lock your templates so only you can edit them. Any of your group members can still access and use the templates but they will just not be able to edit the contents - that is, unless you want them to.

JUST ZIP IT

We've added yet another feature to help you effortlessly share your bundles with others. Our latest feature allows you to produce a zip file that contains a copy of your bundle and links to all the source documents in the bundle. Like everything in Bundledocs, it is incredibly simple and easy to use. Just click a button and download or securely share. What could be easier?

Over the last few months, the Bundledocs team have been showcasing at some of the UK leading exhibitions such as the British Legal Technology Forum back in March and most recently, iManage ConnectiveLive 2017 in June. But we're not stopping there.

This month we were excited to announce we will be an exhibitor at the upcoming London Law Expo in October. With the line-up including 6 presentation stages, 70 speakers and spanning over 2 floors, this is shaping up to be an event not to be missed.

Securely Share Bundles with Bundledocs - Video

Take a closer look at Bundledocs Secure Share...

Wouldn't it be great if there was a way to send your bundle to someone when it's all finished? Well, there is, you simply download your bundle (it's immediately ready in PDF format), attach to your email and that's it.

If this works for you then perfect! However in some cases you may need a way to securely send a password protected bundle to others. Or perhaps your bundle is too big to send as an attachment. Worry not, Bundledocs has got you covered with our Secure Share - or better known as Bundledocs Forward Bundle to Third Party.  

How does it all work? Our secure share allows you to share a password protected bundle with anyone. For example, legal professionals find it great if they need to share with outside counsel, Barristers, other side solicitors etc.

The recipient (whoever you send the bundle to) will then receive two emails, the first with their unique password and a second, with a link to download the bundle. You have complete control and can use our automatically generated password or even set your own. 

This will allow the recipient to have one time access to your bundle. If you need to send again at a later stage, just repeat this step. Simple. 

Rather than giving a list of screenshots, we have created a little video (it's only one minute long), to take you through how it all works. We even show you what your recipient will see, so check it out!

The London Law Expo will include 6 presentation stages, 70 expert speakers and over 80 exhibitors across 2 floors. With an estimated 2,000 visitors from the world of legal practice management, technology and IT security, this is an event not to be missed.
