Feature Focus: Invite Members to a Group

Bundledocs unique document bundling software provides a number of collaborative features to enable legal teams to effortlessly collaborate and work together effectively to produce high quality professional bundles with ease. It is great when working with third parties or colleagues regardless of whether they are in the same office, in court or even in another country. 

For those that would like to work collaboratively with other team members then working in groups is the solution for you. Simply follow these steps to invite new members: 

1. Select the 'Groups & Sharing' section. 

2. Select the 'Edit' button. This is located to the right of any group created.

3. Once selected a window will automatically appear. Within the 'Invite Uses' section, enter the email address of the user you want to invite to the group. 

4. Select 'Send'. This will email the recipient an invitation to join the group. Remember, the group administrator can remove users at any time.

Easily Rename Sections within Bundledocs

Effortlessly create the perfect document bundle with Bundledocs. Our unique software solution simplifies the process so it only takes 5 steps to create high quality professional bundles in minutes. For those that are new to Bundledocs, one of the first steps required is to rename the 'Default Bundle Section'. Within this post we will detail how this can be done. Let's take a closer look...

Every new case created within Bundledocs will automatically have a 'Default Bundle Section' created. This section can be easily re-named by double clicking on the title. Simply type the new name within the field provided and click away to complete. That's it! 

Top Tip: Any section or uploaded document can be easily re-named by double-clicking or by using the 'Edit Details' option. This is located to the right of each section/document within your account. Even Better? It works the same regardless of whether you are accessing Bundledocs from your desktop, laptop, tablet or even smartphone device. Simple.

Merge Documents with Ease

Bundledocs offers users a wide range of features to help make the process of creating bundles simple. One of these is our 'Merge' function. Utilising this feature enables you to easily merge multiple files into one single document. For those that are familiar with this feature already, don't worry it is also available within our App. 

Let's take a look at how you can effortlessly merge multiple documents within the new Bundledocs App...

1. Click here to select any files you want to merge. All selected documents will appear in red, as shown above. 

2. Select 'Merge'

3. Selected files will merge immediately. Easily re-name by double clicking on the file name or by selecting the 'Edit Details' button.

Create the perfect bundle in minutes

Bundledocs recently launched a new app so you can effortlessly build bundles directly from your smartphone or tablet device. This is great for busy legal professionals on the move as you can access, amend or even create complete bundles on the go. 

For those familiar with our desktop solution you will be aware that moving documents within Bundledocs is done by simply dragging and dropping. This is great as it enables you to arrange and re-arrange documents with ease. 

Want to learn how to move documents within the Bundledocs App? Follow these 3 steps...

Step One: Within the Bundledocs App you must use the File Type icon to move documents. Simply select, for example the Word logo, as highlighted above. 

Step Two: Drag the document to the correct location. Note: A blue dash box will appear highlighting the area in which the document will be dropped.

Step Three: Drop the document in place. Remember to press 'Save' to automatically update the document ordering.
