How To Move A Section From One Bundle to Another

How to Move Sections Between Bundles

Our support team were recently asked, if there was a way to copy a section from one bundle to another? One of our users had created a new bundle and rather than re-uploading the same documents, they were looking to see if there was an easier way to do this? It sure is!

If this is something you were wondering too then we’ve good news for you. It’s definitely possible and better still, it only takes a few steps. Here’s how it’s done…

  1. Open your Bundle. This bundle contains the section you would like to copy

  2. Select the ‘'Edit Details’ button to the right of your section. A window will appear

  3. Expand the ‘Advanced’ area

  4. Within the ‘Copy/Duplicate/Xerox’ area, from the drop-down select the bundle you would like to move this section to

  5. Select ‘Copy’ to complete the copy. The bundle you have copied the section to will immediately open so you can re-name the section and begin updating straight away.

How To Delete Pages from a Document in Bundledocs?

Did you know Bundledocs has a range of document manipulation features to make it easy to customise your bundles and documents ensuring you create the perfect bundle every time. In today’s post we’re going to show you how to easily remove pages from any document.

How to Delete Pages from Any Uploaded File

Our support team often get asked if it’s possible to delete pages from a file they’ve already uploaded into Bundledocs? or if it’s possible to delete blank pages within an uploaded document? It sure is. In addition to our Page Range and Split Range features, our new range of in-browser document manipulation features makes it simple to ‘reduce‘ pages from any uploaded document. Here’s how it’s done.

  1. Select the document preview window to the far left of your document to launch the preview screen

  2. Select the document manipulation icon (this is the book icon on the left). This will reveal our range of document manipulation features including rotating, reordering, splitting, de-skewing, sealing and reducing.

  3. You can see all the pages in this document on screen. Double click the pages you would like to remove. Selected documents will be highlighted in blue.

  4. Simply select ‘Reduce’ to remove these pages from the uploaded document.

  5. Select ‘OK’ to confirm that you would like to remove these documents. All pages will be instantly removed.
