Did you know you can upload emails with attachments to Bundledocs? In this post we will take you through the steps you need to enable attachments and we’ve even created a short video so you can see it in action. Let’s see how it’s done…
Recently our support team had a number of inquiries from new users asking if it’s possible to upload emails with attachments and have the attachments show in the bundle. Following this we thought we would create a short post and show you how it’s done.
“I am creating a bundle for court that contains lot of email correspondence. Many of the emails have attachments. Can Bundledocs show both the email and attachment? Or will I need to upload the attachments manually?”
How do I Include Email Attachments in my Bundledocs Bundle?
The ability to include email attachments is not switched on by default. However, using these quick steps you can update your account settings to allow email attachments on upload.
Access your account settings.
Select ‘Use Email Attachments Where Possible?’ so it is switched to ‘Yes’.
Select ‘Update’ to save settings.
