Training Tip: I am using the free trial and want to create another case

Question: I have recently created a free trial account with Bundledocs and have successfully created my first case. I now want to create another case, how do I do this?

Answer: If you are currently availing of our free trial and would like to create additional cases, you will need to upgrade your account. To upgrade:

1. Login to your bundledocs account

2. Select your email in the top right corner. This will reveal a list of options.

3. Select ‘My Account’

4. Under 'Account History', choose the number of cases you want to upgrade yout account by.

5. Select the upgrade button and fill in the details required.

How long does the Bundledocs free trial last?

The Bundledocs free trial lasts 30 days. Our trial provides each user with a free case so you can try Bundledocs for yourself and see how it can help make bundling documents and creating briefs simple. 

If at any time you would like to upgrade your account or create additional cases, this can be done within your Bundledocs account or via our pricing page.

Bundledocs Step by Step Help Guide

Have you logged into your Bundledocs account recently? A lot has been happening.

At Bundledocs, we are continually evolving our product to benefit our users. In addition to some recently added features, we have also developed a Step-by-Step Page Guide to help users easily create their legal bundles.

So, how do I use the Step-by-Step Guide?

Our guide is easy to use. Firstly, users should login to their Bundledocs account at https://app.bundledocs.com/ and enter their unique username and password.

To reveal the Step-by-Step guide, click on the ‘Page Guide’ icon. All information relating to the steps will be displayed in the grey bar, at the bottom of the screen.

Users can easily navigate through the steps by either clicking on the numbers or using the navigational arrows within the grey bar.

If at any point you do not require the guide, simply click on the ‘Page Guide’ icon or click ‘Close’ on the grey box, at the bottom of the page.
