Every month we love sharing what’s new to Bundledocs. We are dedicated to helping every one of our users reduce the time (and stress) when it comes to document preparation and electronic bundling. This month is no different, here’s what’s new.
Splitting Up Just Got EASIER
We know it’s February and Valentine’s Day has just gone but our Development team have been all about splitting up … of documents that is!
In our latest feature release they have made some great enhancements to our in-browser document manipulation features and specifically our ‘Split’ feature. It is now possible to:
Split a document multiple times - and all in one go - in the previewer. Simply use ALT+Click to start and end a group selection. Want to see it in action? Get in touch with our team.
It is also possible to split an uploaded document based on its bookmarks. This option is available within the Split Range feature. Using the drop-down you can split based on bookmarks. This feature is ideal for anyone who is sent large bundles or documents and would like a quick way to split it into individual files. Let us know if you’re interested in a demo.
Did you know Bundledocs has a complete range of document manipulation features to make it easier for you to customise your documents and bundle to suit your requirements. Take a look at our document manipulation video for a quick overview.
Discover Custom Indexing
Bundledocs awesome custom indexing feature gives you complete flexibility when it comes to the look and feel of your index page and bundle. If you’ve yet to discover custom indexing, then get in touch with us. Our team are on-hand to create your index template for you (at no added cost) and can arrange an online session to take you through how it works.
That’s not all. We also have developed an integration with Microsoft Office Word allowing you to seamlessly create, update and load your custom index into Bundledocs for generation. Our team will be able to get this setup for you too.
