BUNDLEDOCS CONTINUE GROWTH AND ANNOUNCE NEW SALES DIRECTOR

The last few months have certainly been busy here at Bundledocs HQ. In September, we were delighted to announce the appointment of Matt Breen as our new Head of Sales. In this newly created role, Matt will continue Bundledocs already rapid expansion from our London office. He will be responsible for spearheading our sales and global partner networks.

BUNDLEDOCS OPEN NEW LONDON OFFICE

As well as expanding our team, Bundledocs was delighted to open our new London office - or as we like to call it, the new Bundledocs Base. Located in the heart of London, our new office is a great opportunity for us to meet even more of you!

Successful Showcase at the London Law Expo 

Bundledocs were delighted to showcase alongside leading legal tech providers at the recent Law Expo in London. This major international law event was spread over 2 floors at the Old Billingsgate London and was certainly a show not to be missed.

Throughout the event, our team were on hand to give on-the-spot demonstrations, showcase our powerful integrations - as well as give a sneak peak at some of the feature developments coming soon!

WIDESPREAD LAUNCH OF NEW DESIGN. 

From July 31st, all of our users were automatically moved over to our responsive and mobile friendly version of Bundledocs. For you, this now ensures that no matter where you are or what device you are using, Bundledocs will work in exactly the same way. Perfect!

SAY HELLO TO OUR NEW INTEGRATION PARTNER ACTIONSTEP

Last month, Bundledocs was delighted to announce our latest integration partner Actionstep, a fully fledged legal practice management system in the cloud. As both Bundledocs and Actionstep are completely cloud based, this is a perfect match and ensures that no matter where you are, you can access your documents and prepare bundles - anytime, anyplace.

Bundledocs New Feature Release - September 2017

It's been another busy month for everyone at Bundledocs. We have gathered together the latest feature releases and some other exciting projects we've been working on. Want to see what we've been up to?

The Latest Feature Releases 

Of all the developments that have been released this month, the one we are most excited about is the ability to prepare your bundle for double-sided printing. Yes, that's right. Now with the click of a button you can ensure that the first page of every section always appears on the right hand side. This new release is ideal for anyone that works with multi-section or volume bundles and needs this prepared in printed format. Want to give it a try? Login to Bundledocs and check out our new 'Generate with Vacat Pages' feature Today!

That's not all. We have also introduced a number of enhancements including the ability to set a timezone for your account. This is great for any of our international users as it ensures the time-stamp on bundles is correct for them.

New NetDocuments Integration 

At Bundledocs, we love our integration partners. This month Bundledocs was delighted to announce the re-launch of our integration partnership with NetDocuments. The re-launched integration connector offers NetDocuments users even more ways to search and upload their files from NetDocuments directly into Bundledocs. The great thing about our integration is both NetDocuments and Bundledocs are 100% cloud based. This means there is no downtime and you can work in exactly the same way regardless of where you are - or even where your team are. Welcome Matt Breen to the Bundledocs Team

September has certainly been a busy one for us all here at Bundledocs. If you missed the announcement, this month we were delighted to announce that we have added a new member to our team. Matt Breen has joined us and will handle all things sales related. Welcome Matt!

Matt along with other members of the Bundledocs team will be exhibiting at the upcoming London Law Expo next month on Tuesday, October 10th. If you are attending make sure to stop by Stand #A22 and say hello to Matt!

Bundledocs New Feature Release - August 2017

We're back to give you a run-down of everything new to Bundledocs this month. Get up-to-date with the latest developments... Now who said August was a time for holidays?

SAY HELLO TO OUR NEW INTEGRATION PARTNER

Earlier this month we were thrilled to announce our latest integration partnership with Actionstep, legal practice management system. As Bundledocs is a cloud first solution, it is always exciting to link up with another cloud provider. For any Actionstep users out there, this new integration will mean you can now access your documents and prepare bundles from anywhere.

TAKE CONTROL OF TEMPLATES

Our development team are always looking for new ways to help make Bundledocs better for you. We aim to be - in the words of Tina Turner - Simply the best! All jokes aside, this month has seen a great new addition to our templates feature. 

As many of you may be aware, Bundledocs templates are a great way to save time and can really cut down on the work - especially if you find yourself continually preparing the same types of bundles over and over again. So what's new you ask? 

Our latest release allows you to have better control of templates whilst working in groups. Now you can lock your templates so only you can edit them. Any of your group members can still access and use the templates but they will just not be able to edit the contents - that is, unless you want them to.

JUST ZIP IT

We've added yet another feature to help you effortlessly share your bundles with others. Our latest feature allows you to produce a zip file that contains a copy of your bundle and links to all the source documents in the bundle. Like everything in Bundledocs, it is incredibly simple and easy to use. Just click a button and download or securely share. What could be easier?

LONDON CALLING

Over the last few months, the Bundledocs team have been showcasing at some of the UK leading exhibitions such as the British Legal Technology Forum back in March and most recently, iManage ConnectiveLive 2017 in June. But we're not stopping there.

This month we were excited to announce we will be an exhibitor at the upcoming London Law Expo in October. With the line-up including 6 presentation stages, 70 speakers and spanning over 2 floors, this is shaping up to be an event not to be missed. 

Bundledocs will be positioned at Stand #A22 so if you are planning on attending, drop in and say hi! We would love to catch-up.

Bundledocs New Feature Release - July 2017

What are the latest developments taking place at Bundledocs? We have met with our Development team to get you the low-down on what's new to Bundledocs this month. Let's jump right in...

Widespread Launch of New Design. 

This month will see everyone move over to our responsive and mobile friendly version of Bundledocs - or as you may know it, Bundledocs All Devices. Although this version of Bundledocs has been available for many years, as of July 31st everyone will be automatically moved to the latest version. For you, this will ensure that no matter where you are or what device you are using, Bundledocs will look and work in the exact same way.

Get Centered with our new Deskew.

There is excellent news for all you scanners out there. We have added a new feature to allow you to 'DeSkew' any documents or pages that are not centered. This is ideal for anyone that has scanned a document into Bundledocs only to find it is slightly off-center. Now with the click of a button you can re-align to make sure your documents are looking perfect. Even better you can choose to deskew complete documents or individual pages. 

That's not all. We have also released an enhancement for our rotate feature. Similarly, you can now choose individual documents that you may need to rotate. What could be easier!

What else is new?

Our development team are always kept busy. So whether it is launching new features or enhancing those that already exist, we are always looking for ways to make your life easier. Over the last couple of months, we have released updates for our integrations with NetDocuments, iManage and Tikit TFB Partner for Windows. Get in touch if you would like to learn more. 

That's not all. We also added new customisations so you can exclude the automatically generated cover page and/or index page. We have heard great feedback already. 

Last but certainly not least, last month our team were excited to begin the roll out of our latest annotation features - beginning with redaction. This is currently available for all users. If you would like a demo of how it works then get in touch with our team today.

Event Time at iManage ConnectLive 2017

In June, the Bundledocs team hit the road again. This time it was back to London for iManage ConnectLive2017. As iManage partners we were delighted to be amoungst the select partners showcasing in London and it certainly was an event not to be missed. Over the course of the two days the Bundledocs team were busy showing not only what Bundledocs can do but also our seamless integration with iManage.  

If you are an iManage user and were unable to attend the event, not to worry. We will be happy to provide a demonstration of Bundledocs - or even just answer any questions you may have. Don't be shy - get in touch today!

 

We're G-Cloud Approved (once again!) 

If you missed the announcement, Bundledocs were delighted to be accepted as a UK Government Digital Marketplace supplier under the new G-Cloud 9 framework. This is the second time Bundledocs have applied to the framework (we were already a G-Cloud 7 approved supplier) so we were thrilled to be accepted once again. 

If you have not heard of the Digital Marketplace before, it is an initiative from the UK Government to allow any public sector bodies to evaluate and purchase cloud solutions - whether they are IaaS, PaaS, SaaS or SCS - really whatever cloud solution you may need.

Everyone Say Hello! to the New Bundledocs 

As many of you are aware by now, a few years back we launched our responsive and mobile friendly version of Bundledocs - better known as 'Bundledocs All Devices'. This is great for our busy customers on the go as it means Bundledocs works and looks the same regardless of where they are or what device they are using (it could be a laptop, iPad, tablet or even phone).

Since its launch, most of our customers have made the switch and love it as it works just the same. (Don't believe us? Get in touch and our team can talk you through it.) Last month the Bundledocs team were excited to announce that moving forward we will be developing all future releases on this version. So on July 31st everyone will be automatically moved to the latest version but if you prefer you can even make the switch today!
