How Do I Sort Documents Alphabetically
These are the steps you need if you’re looking to sort documents in alphabetical order.
Enable Dates. The first thing you need to do is enable the document dates to appear on-screen. This is not the default and can be easily switched on. Simply select the ‘Edit Details’ option and choose to ‘Show Document Dates on Screen’. Once this option is selected we will be able to see, at a glance, our document dates and more importantly our sorting options.
Arrange Documents Alphabetically. Sorting document in description order can be done with a single click. Select the arrow icon to sort either ascending or descending order.
