Training Tip: Delete Multiple Documents at Once within Bundledocs

As you may be aware, Bundledocs is an all-in-one solution designed to help users seamlessly and effortlessly produce bundles, briefs or complete eBooks with ease. Whether you are a current user or new to Bundledocs, our #trainingtip posts will highlight some useful features - some of which you may not be aware of.

In today's post, we will highlight how to delete multiple items at once within your Bundledocs account. Although many of you may know how to delete a single file, did you know it is also possible to delete a number of documents at once? Let's see how...

1. Create a new section. In our example we will name this 'Documents to Remove'

2. Select the files you want to delete. Move files into this newly created section.

Note: Easily move multiple files at once by using the CTRL or SHIFT keys on your keyboard.

3. Select the 'Edit Details' option - this is located to the right of your section.  Once selected, a window will then appear.

4. Select the red 'Delete' button. This will delete the section and all the contents contained within our section 'Documents to Remove' at once.

That's it! If you need to review any more Bundledocs features, download a copy of our complete training guide today. This can be downloaded directly within your account. Not already a user? Register for a 30 day free trial account today.
